Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Aura Crystals gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
